"Bookings": The personal data provided in this section will be processed for the purpose of managing the bookings requested by you. Personal data provided will only be kept as long as our commercial relationship is maintained, and will be blocked once it has ended, for the period established by legal requirements, at the disposal only of Judges and Courts to handle possible claims, after which such data will be deleted. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fulfillment of the contractual obligations assumed by you when requesting our services. We inform you that the personal data provided may be processed for the purpose of sending you informative and other types of communications (offers, events, greetings), for which you must check the box enabled for this purpose. The data provided will be kept for this purpose as long as you do not request the cessation of advertising shipments. You will have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 3. Visit logs
Each time the Paraty Tech server is accessed, the IP address from which the user is browsing will be collected and registered, as well as the pages visited on Paraty Tech. This data will be stored in a LOG file for statistical purposes and to determine the number of page views.

Paraty Tech reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to temporarily suspend access to its website and to make the modifications it deems appropriate to the page, the services or information offered, their presentation or location, and the conditions of access and use of the Paraty Tech website. All information received on this website will be considered to have been provided to Paraty Tech free of charge. Email will not be considered a valid means for filing claims. 7. Hotel Responsibility
Access to the page does not in any case imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and Paraty Tech. The portal only provides information about vacant hotel spaces at the time of requesting said information, therefore, if you make the booking online, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the booking made will serve as your locator when you go to the hotel. The booking of hotel nights on this website implies the adherence and acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions set forth herein. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:
1) Being of legal age and having full capacity to make the booking, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
2) That the data provided when making the online booking is true, complete, and concise.
3) That only those pages that appear within the web map are included on the web.
4) That access to this website is the responsibility of the user.
5) That, once the booking is made, the electronic document in which it has been formalized will be archived, which you may access at any time.
6) That you confirm the booking made, i.e., the dates indicated, the number of rooms, the number of people, and the chosen Hotel.
7) That the conditions and price of the booking made are those expressly determined in the rate conditions included on the page where you make the booking.
8) That, regarding the relationship with the portal, it gives you the possibility of booking rooms at the chosen hotel through its website, but does not offer any type of hotel service under its own responsibility.
9) That your card details are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the booking. Payment for it will be made at the chosen Hotel and, only in the case of cancellations or non-shows, the booking will be cancelled and the charge established in the rate conditions will be made.
10) That offers will only be valid during the time they remain accessible to the service recipients.
8. Prices
The prices indicated are Retail Prices, VAT included. The price includes: price per night depending on the room type and board basis selected, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: any service not specified, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc. Check-in and check-out time: as a general rule, and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.
9. Passports and visas
All travelers, without exception (including children), must have their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, whether it be a passport or National ID, according to current legislation. It will be at their own expense, when the trips so require, to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Those under 18 must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. In the event that the granting of visas is rejected by any Authority, for reasons particular to the user, or if entry into the country is denied for lacking the required requirements, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or for not carrying it, the hotel declines all responsibility for events of this nature, with the consumer bearing any expense that originates, and the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show being applied in these circumstances.
